Due to the way our medical notes software functions, combined with the nature of our walk‑in appointment availability, we operate a request-based system rather than a live booking system. This helps ensure accurate scheduling across all branches and prevents double‑booking.
Our practitioners work between multiple locations. While the diary may show a clinician as available throughout the day, this only reflects the time you wish to request—it does not guarantee availability.
Once your request is submitted, a member of our team will review it and will contact you to:

Our online booking system operates as a Request to Book tool, designed as a user‑friendly front‑of‑house system that lets you choose your preferred day, time, practitioner, and branch while providing more detailed information about your needs. Practitioner availability shown online reflects their usual working days, and an alternative day may be offered depending on clinical requirements. All requests are reviewed by our reception team, who then contact you to confirm the most appropriate appointment. This process ensures accurate clinical triage, allowing us to allocate the right practitioner and securely transfer confirmed bookings into our specialist healthcare notes system.
