How Our Request to Book System Works
Our Request to Book system shows the usual availability of each practitioner or service, allowing you to select the day, time, branch, or practitioner that suits you. When you submit your request, it lets our team know that you would like that appointment slot.
However, it’s important to understand that an appointment is not confirmed at this stage.
Once your request is received, a member of our team will contact you directly to carry out appropriate triage, check real‑time practitioner availability, and confirm the most suitable appointment for your needs. Please do not attend any appointment unless you have received verbal confirmation from our team as we may not be able to accommodate you at your preferred time or date. In some cases, practitioners may be providing other services or working across branches, and an alternative time or day may need to be offered.
This process ensures that every appointment is clinically appropriate, safely scheduled, and accurately matched to the right practitioner.

Why We Use a Request to Book System
-
We use a Request to Book system because it allows us to provide safer, more personalised, and clinically appropriate care. By letting you choose your preferred time, practitioner, or branch while giving us important information about your needs, the system helps our team ensure every appointment is matched correctly.
-
Instead of auto‑booking you into a slot that might look available online, your request is reviewed by our guest-services & practitioner team, who check real‑time practitioner schedules, clinical priorities, and service requirements. This means we can accurately triage your request, allocate the most suitable practitioner, and ensure they are available and prepared for your appointment.
Using this system also helps:
-
Improve clinical accuracy — the right practitioner, for the right service, at the right time.
-
Prevent scheduling conflicts, such as practitioners providing other services or working across branches.
-
Ensure your treatment is safely planned, especially for appointments with specific clinical requirements.
-
Give you a more personalised service, as our team can discuss your needs before confirming the final details.
-
Provide flexibility, as you can still select your preferred day, time, practitioner and branch.
-
Overall, the Request to Book approach ensures that every appointment is thoughtfully reviewed, clinically appropriate, and confidently confirmed, giving you the best possible experience and outcome.
