Skin Tag Wart & Mole Removal With Janice
Safe, simple skin tag and wart removal with expert care tailored to your needs
Service Description
Skin Tag, Wart & Mole Removal [Covers up to 3 per 1 session*] Our Skin Tag, Wart and Mole Removal service provides a safe and effective way to address common skin concerns that may cause irritation, catch on clothing, or affect your confidence. Your visit begins with a friendly consultation where a trained practitioner assesses the area and confirms whether the lesion is suitable for cosmetic removal within our clinic. How Treatment Works We remove a wide range of benign lesions, including: Skin Tags – small, soft growths commonly found on the neck, underarms, eyelids or body folds. Common Warts & Verrucas – rough, raised areas caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV). Benign Moles – harmless pigmented marks that some clients choose to remove for comfort or cosmetic reasons. Depending on the type, size and location of the lesion, removal may be carried out using cryotherapy (gentle freezing) and/or snip excision. Your practitioner will talk you through what’s most appropriate for your skin and what to expect during and after your treatment. What’s Included in a Standard Appointment A typical appointment lasts around 15-30 minutes and allows for the removal of up to two lesions. If time allows—and the practitioner feels it is clinically safe—additional lesions may be treated during the same visit for an extra fee. Suitability & Safety Your safety is our priority. All treatments are subject to practitioner assessment. If further clinical information is needed (for example, clarification from your GP) or if a lesion is not suitable for removal that day, you may be asked to reschedule once the necessary details have been obtained. We always ensure that every treatment is appropriate, safe, and tailored to your needs, all within a clean, professional clinic environment.
Cancellation Policy
1. Eligibility for Treatment All treatments are subject to practitioner assessment on the day of your appointment. Only lesions that are deemed benign and suitable for cosmetic removal within our clinic will be treated. If further clinical information is required (e.g., GP confirmation or medical history clarification), treatment may be postponed and rescheduled until this information is provided. We reserve the right to decline treatment if the practitioner feels it is unsafe, unsuitable, or clinically inappropriate. 2. Consultation Requirements Every appointment includes a mandatory consultation to assess suitability. A consultation does not guarantee same‑day treatment. If the lesion is not suitable for removal, the practitioner will explain the reasons and recommend next steps. 3. Treatment Methods Removal may be performed using cryotherapy (freezing) and/or snip excision, depending on the lesion type, size, and location. The practitioner will determine which method is most appropriate for your individual case. 4. Number of Lesions Per Appointment A standard 30‑minute appointment allows for up to two lesions to be treated. Additional lesions may be treated at the practitioner’s discretion, and only if time and clinical suitability permit. Additional lesions incur an extra fee, which will be discussed before proceeding. 5. Same‑Day Treatment Same‑day treatment is possible for eligible lesions but is not guaranteed. If same‑day treatment is not suitable, you will be offered a rescheduled appointment. 6. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you are found unsuitable for treatment on the day (e.g., lesion is suspicious, requires GP input, or is clinically inappropriate for removal), you may be asked to reschedule. Standard clinic cancellation policies apply to all appointment bookings. 7. Aftercare & Expectations Aftercare advice will be provided following treatment. It is the client’s responsibility to follow this guidance. Healing times may vary depending on the lesion type, the treatment method used, and individual skin response. 8. Limitations of Service This service is for the cosmetic removal of benign lesions only. We do not remove lesions that appear suspicious, atypical, or clinically concerning. Any lesion that requires medical investigation will be referred back to your GP. 9. Fees & Payments Treatment fees are clearly outlined prior to your appointment.
