Cancellation Policy
Exclusive Private Luxury Treatment Experience – Terms & Conditions 1. Appointment Scheduling After submitting your booking request, our reception team will contact you by telephone to arrange and confirm a mutually agreed Exclusive Sunday Appointment. Appointment dates and times are subject to availability. 2. Minimum Booking Requirements & Guest Numbers The experience requires a minimum of 2 guests, which are covered under the advertised fee. An additional third guest is charged at £30. Each guest beyond the third is charged at £10 per person, up to a maximum of 6 guests in total. The exclusive appointment has a minimum duration of 2 hours. 3. Deposit & Payment Policy Bookings may require a £50 deposit, payable at the time of reservation. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day. If the booking is cancelled late or not attended, the deposit is retained as the cancellation fee (see Section 10). 4. Exclusive Use of Premises The premises will be reserved exclusively for your group, ensuring complete privacy. No other clients will be present during your appointment. 5. Food & Drink Guests may bring their own alcohol to enjoy during the experience. We provide cutlery, crockery, wipes, ice, and glassware, included at no additional cost. Optional food upgrades, such as sandwiches, cakes, or additional treats, are available for an extra charge. Dietary requirements and allergen information must be provided in advance. Although care is taken, allergen‑free conditions cannot be fully guaranteed. 6. Treatments & Optional Enhancements Treatments will be delivered by designated, qualified team members, which may include: A qualified podiatrist A trained beautician A Guest Services Host to serve refreshments and support your experience Optional aesthetic treatments (e.g., anti‑wrinkle injections) may be added for a surcharge and must be pre‑booked or discussed beforehand. 7. Music & Atmosphere Background music is available but must remain at approved, controlled volume levels in accordance with venue and local regulations. 8. Guest Conduct Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times. Excessive intoxication or inappropriate behaviour may result in treatments being refused or the appointment ending early without refund. 9.
