Edward Maddison BSc (Hons)
HCPC‑Registered Podiatrist
Clinical Lead & Head of Operations
Edward Maddison is the Clinical Lead and Head of Operations at FOOT CARE, bringing 27 years of clinical experience to the service after a long and established career within the NHS. He is degree‑trained at honours level (BSc Hons Podiatry) and remains actively involved in frontline podiatry care alongside his leadership role.
Edward works across all FOOT CARE branches, supporting walk‑in clinics, complex assessments, and advanced clinical decision‑making. He provides hands‑on podiatric treatment while also overseeing clinical governance, standards, and multidisciplinary working, ensuring care is safe, consistent, and evidence‑based.
His areas of specialist practice include:

Nail pathology, including fungal nail management (reduction, thinning, and debridement), ingrown and involuted nails, and nail reconstruction

Skin and lesion management, including heavy or extensive callus, corns, cracked heels, and painful or recurrent lesions

Verruca treatment, including debridement, silver nitrate therapy, and cryotherapy

Wound and ulcer care, including enhanced wound reviews, ongoing management, and non‑complex ulcer care

High‑risk foot and diabetes care, including diabetic foot reviews, high‑risk assessments, and vascular screening using Doppler assessment

Biomechanical and musculoskeletal assessment, including gait analysis and complex review appointments

Additional podiatric care, including padding, strapping, dressings, basic nail painting, and fingernail care where appropriate
Known for his calm, thorough, and patient‑centred approach, Edward combines the depth and rigor of NHS clinical experience with modern private‑practice delivery. His leadership ensures patients receive the right care, at the right time, while supporting clinicians to work safely within clear clinical frameworks.

Delson Sailus BSc (Hons)
Delson Sailus graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Podiatry from the University of Salford in 2023. He has developed strong experience across routine podiatric care, diabetic foot management, and the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. Delson takes a thorough and patient‑focused approach to care, supporting both preventative foot health and the management of ongoing conditions.
Danielle Broughton
Danielle Broughton is a Foot Health Practitioner at FOOT CARE, providing routine core foot care in a supportive environment. Her work focuses on toenail cutting, filling, and smoothing, as well as skin maintenance, helping patients remain comfortable and mobile. Danielle plays an important role within our team, contributing to consistent, high‑quality care for every patient.
Sharon Vesey
Sharon Vesey is a Foot Health Practitioner at FOOT CARE, providing routine core foot health care and comfort‑focused treatments. Her work includes toenail cutting, skin maintenance, medical pedicures, and fingernail care, offering a holistic approach for patients. Sharon takes a calm, friendly, and patient‑centred approach, supporting individuals across a range of routine foot and hand care needs.
Janice Sadri
Janice Sadri brings a wealth of clinical experience to FOOT CARE, having originally qualified as a Chiropodist with the Scholl School of Chiropody in 1979. Her long‑standing background provides patients with knowledgeable, confident, and well‑established care. Janice is now practising as a Foot Health Practitioner, providing routine core foot care, including toenail cutting, filing, smoothing, and the management of hard or rough skin, delivered in line with current clinical standards. In addition to her foot health work, Janice also carries out independent skin lesion treatments outside of routine foot care, supported by additional qualifications. These treatments include the assessment and removal of skin lesions on the body, and the use of cryotherapy for verruca treatment, where appropriate. Janice’s extensive experience, combined with her additional training, allows her to deliver careful, considered treatment across both routine foot health and specialist lesion care, always with a calm and patient‑focused approach.
