Appointment Cancellation & Attendance Policy

At FOOT CARE, we are dedicated to providing timely treatment for all our patients. To ensure we can manage our clinic schedule effectively and support those waiting for care, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation and attendance policy.

1. Notice Period

If you need to reschedule or cancel your visit, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This timeframe allows us to offer the appointment to another patient in need of foot care.

  • Telephone: Calling the clinic directly
  • Online: Our website booking portal
  • In Person: Visiting our reception desk

2. Late Cancellations & Non-Attendance

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or sessions where a patient does not attend, will incur the full appointment fee. This policy applies to all our services, including routine podiatry and specialist treatments.

3. Frequent Cancellations

To ensure a fair service for all, patients who frequently miss sessions or cancel late within a three-month period may be required to pay in advance for future bookings. Outstanding fees must be settled before new appointments can be scheduled.

4. Unpaid Fees

Taylor Organisation Ltd reserves the right to send written reminders or pause treatment if fees remain outstanding. As a last resort, we may use a recovery agency, and administrative costs incurred will be added to the balance.

5. Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel at any time. No charges apply provided the 24-hour notice period is met. We understand that medical emergencies happen; if a genuine crisis prevented your attendance, please speak with our team for review.
